However, do not forget that you need, at all times, a confirmation number for the reimbursement of your repairs to be eligible. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we’ll get you back on the road.

How does an extended warranty claim work ?

When you file a claim for your vehicle, one of our agents walks you through every step of the process, until your claim is resolved.

1. Any time you have a concern for your vehicle, contact us at 1-866-666-0181.

2. You need, at all times, a confirmation number for the reimbursement of your repairs to be eligible.

3. Remember that each loss is unique and your claim may vary depending on your situation and your warranty coverage.

4. We can help you wherever you are in North America.

Have you taken the Passenger Vehicle Roadside Assistance ?

Emergency Roadside Assistance: Coverage for you and your family (spouse and/or dependent children living at home) driving the covered vehicle.

Service is available 24/7 across Canada and the continental United States.

You must obtain our authorization before using the toll-free service. Without this authorization, you will not be able to benefit from the advantages and/or refunds.

• Towing: In the event of a mechanical breakdown not resulting from an accident, your vehicle will be towed free of charge to the nearest repair center, up to a maximum of 75 kilometres.

• Jump Start: If the vehicle does not start, we will dispatch an authorized service provider to attempt to do so.

• Flat tire: We will replace a flat tire with your spare tire if it is properly inflated, in safe condition and you have the necessary tools.

• Fuel delivery: If your vehicle is out of gas, we will deliver fuel to you free of charge (maximum 10 litres).

• Winching Service: We will provide you with winching service, provided there is no damage to the vehicle.

• Unlocking: If your ignition key is lost, broken, or accidentally found inside your locked vehicle, we will send a service provider to unlock the vehicle.

Have you taken the off-road RV roadside assistance ?

Emergency roadside assistance: protection for you and your family (spouse and/or dependent children living at home) driving the recreational vehicle covered by the guarantee, the protection begins, in the event of an unforeseen situation, 48 hours after your registration. Service is available 24/7, anywhere in Canada and the continental United States. You must obtain our authorization before using the toll-free service. Without this authorization, you will not be able to benefit from the advantages and/or refunds.

• Towing: In the event of a mechanical breakdown not resulting from an accident, your recreational vehicle will be towed free of charge to the nearest repair center, up to a maximum of 75 kilometres.

• Puncture: You have a puncture, we can help you. You will be towed to the nearest repair center, subject to the towing conditions set out above.

• Fuel Delivery: If your motorcycle runs out of gas, we will deliver fuel to you free of charge (maximum 10 litres). You will, however, have to pay the cost of it directly to the authorized service provider. We cannot deliver diesel fuel, gasoline alcohol or any other type of fuel.

• Towing Service: We will provide you with a towing service, provided there is no damage to the motorcycle, to pull your motorcycle out of mud, sand, snow or a ditch, provided that ‘it is in the immediate vicinity of a regularly traveled path and that we can pull it from its position without danger and with the usual recovery equipment. We provide a service truck on site for up to 20 minutes. If your motorcycle does not run once cleared, you will be responsible for the cost of towing.
